Over thirty years of successful experience will be applied to assure your success.  This special 6-month program is designed especially for small to medium-sized organizations and offered at an affordable start-up price - on a limited basis.  

 

You will get direct teaching from me and personalized coaching for you, all at the affordable monthly rate of $2850, cancelleable at any time with a 30 day notice.

Up to now, I have only offered this type of private support to larger organizations for three to four times the price.   But I have heard often from many of you, and the soluton is clear.

DELIVERABLES

Provide professional one-on-one coaching, mentoring, guidance, and planning via a task-specific plan created together, with weekly meetings to assess progress and overcome barriers.

  • Identify and focus on two priority development areas with maximum potential.

  • Pinpoint goals and develop plans with enough precision to assure success.

  • Provide fundraising and management expertise required to reach objectives.

  • Guide on what to do and, just as important, what not to do!

  • Accelerate learning for new staff and coach and mentor current staff. Guide on how to work smarter, not just harder. 

 

PROCESS

Begin by analyzing current fundraising and development operations to identify the greatest return on investment and focus on creating a sustainable plan to ensure growth and income. This planning step is often skipped due to insufficient time and experience.

  • Identify strengths and weaknesses and select areas with the highest potential ROI.

  • Identify and develop plans and timelines to implement, and supervise progress.

  • Set written goals; with specific strategies and tactics.

  • Mentor, develop tools, coach, and guide progress step by step.

 

IMPLEMENTATION

  • Weekly calls and meetings with the CEO, Staff, or Board.

  • Additional communication by WhatsApp, Email, and Text.

  • Provide written material, presentations and customized templates for actions and plans.

  • Mentor staff, committees and board to achieve agreed upon development goals. 

  • Recommend external resources, such as legal, technical, professional, marketing, event, grants, public relations, and design.
